About the company

Pramiti Labs, Inc.

Pramiti (Sanskrit: प्रमिति) means correct knowledge — accurate measurement, right perception. It comes from pramāṇa, one of the oldest ideas in Indian epistemology: a valid source of knowledge, as opposed to a guess.

That is the company in one word. AI agents are probabilistic; your business is not. We build the deterministic layer between them — so agents answer from verified meaning, act only within approved bounds, and leave signed evidence of every decision.

What we believe

Assume breach. Enforce outside the model.

Prompt injection may never be fully patched, so we don't ask the model to behave — we validate every proposed action against your business rules, deterministically, before it executes. A perfectly jailbroken agent produces the same DENY as an honest one. And because assurance is a claim, not a fact, every decision is Ed25519-signed, hash-chained, and independently verifiable with an open-source CLI. Don't trust us. Verify us.

Knowing and doing

Two planes, one ancient distinction

Aristotle divided human activity into epistēmē — knowing what is true — and praxis — doing the right thing in the world. Our products are named for exactly that split, because it is exactly the split that matters for AI agents.

Epistom — the read plane

From epistēmē, knowledge. Answers “what does this data mean?” with steward-approved definitions, a validation gate on every query, and the discipline to say “I don't know” instead of guessing.

Praxom — the write plane

From praxis, action. Answers “may this action proceed?” — the deterministic authority every agent action must pass through, fail-closed, with a signed attestation for every verdict.

Measured on our eval suite, not a perpetual guarantee: the gate abstains rather than guesses.

The Axiom Star: six lines of reasoning converging on a single verified answer. It's how the platform works, and it's how we work — no guessing, evidence at the center.
