The short version: our marketing sites don't track you, we only hold what you send us, and the platform itself is engineered so your data stays yours.
What our websites collect
pramitilabs.com, getpramiti.com, and docs.getpramiti.com run no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, and set no tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL — to serve and protect the sites.
The interactive demo terminal on getpramiti.com sends the question you type to a stateless endpoint that matches it against a fixed set of recorded responses. Your input is not stored, logged to a database, or used for any other purpose.
What you give us directly
If you book a demo, scheduling is handled by Cal.com under their own privacy policy. If you email us at hello@pramitilabs.com, we keep the correspondence to respond to you. We use this information to talk to you about Pramiti — nothing else. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Customer data in the platform
For customers running Epistom and Praxom, data handling is governed by the agreement that covers your deployment. Platform defaults are built for minimization: database connections are read-only, row-level-security filters are applied to queries, PII is masked before any LLM call, and self-hosted deployment is available so your data never leaves your environment.
